Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must still contain all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was received.
- Normal handling of the product must be evident; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is a concern must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.
- We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
- A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

- Make sure your email contains the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First name and last name of the customer
- Customer’s address
We will then contact you and provide you with the correct return address.
Important:
Never send the return to the sender's address. We will provide you with the correct address once you have submitted your request.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity:
A. CANCELLATION TERMS
Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has received the last goods in your order.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Once an order is in transit, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery is complete. Therefore, a refund is not possible until the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SHOP NAME) through a clear declaration (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal will only be processed once we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Shipments in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If your goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. In this case, please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You may notify us in advance of your intention to cancel the order.
To ensure a faster return process, we kindly ask you to provide a shipping confirmation once you have sent the return.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional charges incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard shipping option). The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal request and returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In no case will you incur any fees for the refund process.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
